New Butchery Dorset
May 31st, 2012.For years we have been using local produce and whenever possible produce from Dorset. One of our best sellers is our ‘Tarrant Valley Roast Beef’ which often comes from our own farm at Tarrant Rawston or one of the other farms in the tarrant valley. I had often thought about the possibility of butchering our own meat and this has now become a reality. We are in the process of fitting out the butchery in a redundant building on the farm but some butchery work has already started and the first batch of sausages has been produced.
