CORNISH YARG (Cornwall)
Yarg is somewhere between a cheddar and a Caerphilly with a distinctive nettle-leaf coating, a moist cheese which tastes fresh and creamy with a gentle tang. The cheeses are matured for a minimum of three weeks

DORSET BLUE VINNY (Dorset)
Semi-hard and crumbly with a thick irregular rind. Subtle blue veins. Earthy with hints of straw, not as sharp as Stilton, very slightly stinky, nice subtle “blue” taste, distinctly cheesy. Well balanced saltiness
