On Saturday 24th September Abi Belbin from Home Farm Shop married Paul Dunseith at Tarrant Gunville Church followed by a reception for 150 guests at The Langton Arms. The bride and groom arrived at The Langton Arms in a horse drawn cart.    

On Sunday 11th September Gary and Karen held their wedding and reception with us here at The Langton Arms. The bride had a fun evening with friends in the bar the previous night.

The vegetable patch is growing well and producing a good harvest again this year. Granny White has also had an abundance of fruit and vegetables. The pear tree branches are hanging very low because of the high amounts of fruits ripening and she is extremely pleased with her over sized shallots! Granny’s free range chickens [...]

Kath and Colin Russell married in a civil ceremony followed by reception for 50 guests on Saturday.  

Mel and Steve held their civil marriage and celebrated at a reception for 80 guests on Saturday 2nd July. The stunning sugar paste flowers on the wedding cake were made by the bride Mel. The flowers looked very realistic I thought they were real when I first saw them.

Vegetable patch The vegetable patch is doing very well after all this sun and rain, lettuce, spinach and herbs are being picked every other day and carrots and beetroot are nearly ready to pull.
