On Sunday lunch time we were full of families enjoying Halloween lunch, the children all had choclate dipped apples and sweets. ‘Count Backwards’ the magician moved around the tables performing tricks and then ended with a magic show for all the children.

On Sunday 11th September Gary and Karen held their wedding and reception with us here at The Langton Arms. The bride had a fun evening with friends in the bar the previous night.

Mel and Steve held their civil marriage and celebrated at a reception for 80 guests on Saturday 2nd July. The stunning sugar paste flowers on the wedding cake were made by the bride Mel. The flowers looked very realistic I thought they were real when I first saw them.

Vegetable patch The vegetable patch is doing very well after all this sun and rain, lettuce, spinach and herbs are being picked every other day and carrots and beetroot are nearly ready to pull.

Brian is very unhappy last night the tomatoes, basil and courgettes where all caught by the frost!

On Saturday 23rd April our first marquee wedding of the year took place. The weather was excellent, lots of sun and flowers,Siobhan, Oliver and all their guests had a great day. We wanted to share these photos of the day.
