August 10th, 2011Brian has been amazed by the excellent crops we have had from the garden again this year. The pink fir potatoes have produced a bumper crop with around 30 potatoes from each plant! The Jerusalem artichokes have amazed us all they are now around 2.5 metres tall so we feel we have been taken over by the triffids. [...]

Vegetable patch The vegetable patch is doing very well after all this sun and rain, lettuce, spinach and herbs are being picked every other day and carrots and beetroot are nearly ready to pull.
